Founder & Principal Consultant
Owais is a Platform Engineer and SRE with a First Class BSc in Computer Science from the University of Warwick. He has led platform teams, architected observability solutions processing hundreds of millions of metrics daily, and delivered significant cost savings for enterprises across media, telecoms, finance, and biotech.
His hands-on expertise spans Kubernetes at scale (EKS/GKE), the Grafana observability stack, Terraform/Terragrunt, and GitOps practices. He's known for taking complex infrastructure challenges and delivering pragmatic, well-documented solutions.
